Ferns, feathers, flowers and dragon flies seem to have landed in Salvador de Bahia. Scoopi Black Diamond Ice Cream
The delicacy is served with a Versace bowl and spoon, both of which customers can keep. The cafe took five weeks to create the combination in a bid to make the world’s most expensive ice cream, though it was not immediately clear if it achieved the feat, Al Arabiya reported.
