OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
HOW TO ENTER No purchase is necessary to enter the contest. To enter the Homefront Contest simply visit www.homefrontmagazine.ca or mail your entry to:

Contest entries will be collected between Wednesday, December 1, 2010 and Friday, May 27, 2011 (the "Contest Period").
Contest closes on Friday, May 27, 2011, at 12:00 pm (noon) ET. Your entry must be received within the Contest Period. All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be entered into the Random Draw (see below). Limit of one entry per person per day during the Contest Period. The Contest is sponsored by San Diego Convention and Visitors Bureau, Air Canada, the Lodge at Torrey Pines, George’s on the Cove, Stars and Stripes USA-11 and BCS Communications Ltd. ("Sponsors")
ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in California. Employees of Sponsors, and of distributors, wholesalers, retailers, subsidiaries, affiliates of Sponsors, and of related companies or agencies or the independent contest organization, and those with whom such employees are domiciled are not eligible. The selected contestant will be required, within 14 days of notification, to sign and return a release of liability form ("Release"), releasing Sponsors, its subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective directors, officers, owners, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns ("Releases") from any liability in connection with the Contest and the prize. If the Sponsors are not able to contact the selected contestant or the selected contestant does not submit the Release within the specified time, they will be deemed to have forfeited the prize. The Sponsors will then draw the name of another contestant from the pool and repeat the process until an eligible winner is awarded the Prize.
PRIZES
The Prize consists of:
a) Round trip flights for two in Economy Class on Air Canada from Toronto to San Diego
b) One four-night stay at the Lodge at Torrey Pine,
c) One round of golf OR one spa treatment per person at Torrey Pines Golf Course or The Spa at Torrey Pines
d) Dinner for two at George’s at the Cove
e) A three-hour sailing excursion for two people on Stars and Stripes USA-11.
The Prize is valid until May 27, 2012 (all prize components are subject to individual availability), excluding all US holidays. Meals, except for one dinner at George’s on the Cove, are not included.
ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning the Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries submitted to the Contest.
RANDOM DRAW
A random draw for the Prize Winner will be conducted by the independent contest organization in Toronto at noon on Friday, May 27, 2011, from all eligible entries received on or before the contest closing date. The selected entrant will be notified by phone no later than 15 business days after the closing date of the contest. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer unaided a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question that will be asked during the notification phone call.
MISCELLANEOUS
These rules govern all aspects of this Contest and are binding on all participants. By entering this Contest, Contestant is deemed to have agreed to abide by the Contest rules and regulations. The Prize must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions and is non-transferable. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of the unavailability for whatever reason of the Prize, or any component of the Prize. Sponsors and the Releases are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, delayed or illegible entries. Without limitation, Sponsors and other Releases will not be liable or responsible for any claim, injury or damage arising from this contest or prize awarded in this contest.
Sponsors reserve the right to withdraw or amend this contest in any way, in the event of an error, technical problem, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors that interferes with the proper conduct of this contest as contemplated by these Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage or to undermine the legitimate operation of this contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Sponsors are not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this contest. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend the rules at any time without notice, subject to approval.
This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
By entering this contest, you consent to the Sponsors, its promotional agencies and contest judges, storing and using the personal information you submitted with your entry for the purpose of administering the contest and in accordance with Sponsors' privacy policy unless you agree otherwise.
